Diane,
Libby and Tracey started their acountancy careers in a small firm in Liverpool City Centre. They each completed their
training contracts at this firm and worked together for several years. After gaining experience in separate firms
they decided to fulfil their initial ambitions in going into business together and it was at this point they set up KBH Accountants Ltd! |

Diane
qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1994 and then went on to qualify as a Chartered Tax Advisor in 1996.
Diane
left the small firm in 1999 to specialise in corporation tax with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. During her time at PricewaterhouseCoopers
LLP Diane was promoted to Corporation Tax Manager. In addition to her duties as manager Diane was seconded to the tax
department of large retail businesses and dealt with a number of HM Revenue & Customs tax enquiries. |
Diane has experience with the preparation
of computations, tax enquiries, preparation of Self Assessment Returns, accounts preparation for sole traders and limited companies and cash flow forecasts and budgeting.
Whilst not in work Diane is running
around after her husband, Patrick and their young children, Matthew and Lauren.

Libby Higgins |

Libby qualified as a Chartered
Certified Accountant in 1995. She left the small firm shortly afterwards, joining a medium sized firm, also in Liverpool City
Centre. |

Libby has experience with the audit of limited
companies, preparation of accounts for limited mpanies, sole traders and
parterships and associated taxation matters.
Libby's
client base has included small and medium sized owner managed businesses, sole traders and partherships and clients in the
not for profit sector.
Whilst
not in work Libby, her husband Bryan and two daughters, Emily and Isobel, are active members of the local church
in Bebington. She is fluent in Spanish and also has a fondness for making gin based licquers which you should all try!
Tracey
Pritchard
Statutory Accounts, Management
Accounts, Audit, Computerised Systems and Corporation Tax are areas of special interest to Tracey. A business graduate in
accountancy and finance, Tracey qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997. Tracey remained with the same firm that she qualified
with and was promoted first to Business Services Manager before being made a partner in 2002. She left the firm in 2008 after
15 years.
Tracey has advised a wide range
of clients ranging from small sole traders to large owner managed limited companies. She also has considerable experience
in the not for profit sector.
Tracey is recently married and
whilst not in work she has a keen interest in playing netball. She plays for a local team in North Wales and is also Treasurer
of the North East Wales Netball Association. She is also a keen follower of Everton Football Club and has been a season ticket
holder for several years.
